Ordering, pickup & preparation
We operate seven days a week. Same-day and last-minute orders can be placed from 11 a.m. until 2 a.m. the following day, Toronto time, subject to stock and preparation/delivery capacity. The 2 a.m. limit is for placing an order, not completing it.
Preorders placed at least 24 hours ahead may request pickup or delivery at any hour, subject to availability. Complimentary pickup is at 6 Tansley Ave, Scarborough. We allow approximately 40 minutes of preparation per bouquet; complex arrangements or multiple bouquets may need longer. A requested time is not a confirmed reservation until checkout confirms it.
Delivery
Delivery is calculated from driving distance from our store: $15 for the first 8 km, then $1 per additional started kilometre. Enter your address at checkout to check service availability and the delivery fee. If your address cannot be verified, please contact us or choose pickup. Call to ask about arrangements outside the normal ordering window.
Changes & refunds
Orders are non-refundable. Please request changes at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery. Contact us to discuss your request. Customers cannot issue their own refunds through the website; any refund authorized by the store is handled by the owner.
Your finished bouquet
Every bouquet is handcrafted. Flowers naturally vary in size, shape and colour, so your final bouquet may not look exactly like a preview. We follow your selected quantities, colours, wrapping and add-ons. Any necessary flower substitutions should be discussed with you. For mixed-colour bouquets without a specified split, the store chooses the colour distribution.
Information used for your order
We use your contact details, order selections, messages and fulfillment information to process your order and help with order questions. Square securely processes card payments; this website does not store your full card number. Cloudflare hosts the website and order records. Delivery-address information is sent to Google Maps to calculate a route and delivery fee. Resend processes confirmation emails, which may include the delivery address and fee.
